Air conditioning was poor. several guests found it uncomfortable, making sleep difficult. Additionally, the limited dining options outside breakfast meant we often had to search for meals nearby.

This stunning hotel has a water taxi stop right at the door and is a stone's throw from local restaurants and charming wine bars. We loved that our room offered a lovely view over the Grand Canal, making our stay special! It's a gorgeous spot away from the tourist traps, allowing us to experience authentic local vibes.

What a hidden gem! The views from the canal-side patio during breakfast were unforgettable. The staff were genuinely kind and made us feel at home. While the room was comfortable, the air conditioning could use some improvement. Nonetheless, this hotel offers a charming ambiance and easy access to local attractions that can't be beaten!

The Hotel Palazzo Stern features stunning Venetian decor with elegant furnishings and spacious common areas that make it easy and comfortable for seniors to navigate, enhancing my lovely stay on the beautiful Grand Canal.

A lift that accommodates more guests comfortably.

This was my second time staying in venice, and it exceeded my expectations. The room had a lovely view of the grand canal The staff was cute, and the breakfast on the patio was a great way to start each day.

the elevator was a bit cramped.

The view from our room overlooking the Grand Canal was absolutely breathtaking! 😍 Only downside, the elevator felt a bit cramped. Otherwise, it was a lovely stay.

palazzo stern was a fantastic experience! the architecture and detailed interiors create a rich atmosphere. the staff was incredibly welcoming, especially helping us feel comfortable with our mobility needs. our room offered a stunning view over the canal, and breakfast was delicious with quality products served on the balcony. such a uniquely venetian experience!

Loved the rooftop terrace, but the safe in our room was locked the whole stay.

enjoyable stay but with minor drawbacks

The location off the bustling paths offered a peaceful escape, particularly enjoying the short walk to local authentic restaurants. Our superior double room was spacious, with a comfortable bed that really made our nights restful! ! Plus, having the ferry service right at our doorstep was incredibly convenient. The view over the canal from our room added a delightful touch to our experience, making moments spent just gazing out the window truly special.

Some minor issues with the check-in process caused a slight delay.

The room was spotless and had a comfy bed—a true dream! Perfectly located near the canals, we felt right at home with the helpful staff making things a breeze.

However, I didn't appreciate the toothbrush shortage. tooth fairy's not on vacation! And the water taxis made more noise than my last dinner party!

Incredible location, beautiful hotel!

The quaint Dorsoduro neighborhood made wandering through its charming streets unforgettable, and we were thrilled to find that iconic landmarks like the Accademia Bridge and Basilica di San Marco were just a pleasant stroll away, making our weekend of exploration perfect.

I had a wonderful time staying at Palazzo Stern. The location on the Grand Canal was perfect for exploring Venice. Just steps away from the Ca'Rezzonico vaporetto stop, getting around was a breeze. I loved enjoying breakfast on the terrace while watching the boats pass by. The hotel décor is stunning, filled with historical charm and beautiful chandeliers. My room had a comfortable bed and a pleasant aesthetic. However, the air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool, making it a bit uncomfortable at times. The staff were always friendly and eager to help with transportation arrangements. I did notice the breakfast options could be more varied, especially since I didn't want anything heavy. Despite small issues, I genuinely enjoyed my stay and would come back.
